Just wanted to let anyon know that if you trying to lose weight, you can do it.  Take it from me, the laziest person out there. I've lost 70 pounds so far since October and I feel great.

Cool Site.  I just started practicing about 2 months ago, so I'm very new and I am obviously still learning.  Great to see a site like this out there.
